Disneyland Paris PMR taxi: adapted vehicle, identical prices

Our taxi service offers a solution adapted to people with reduced mobility (PRM) for transfers to Disneyland Paris. By prior reservation (24 hours), we mobilize an equipped vehicle at no additional cost compared to the standard rate.

Our PMR accessibility commitment

We welcome travelers with reduced mobility, in folding wheelchairs or with walking assistance, in our transfers to Disneyland Paris. Service trained in PMR support, adapted vehicles on request, personalized support at the airport or at your address.

Which vehicles for which needs?

• Classic sedan : suitable for travelers with a cane, walker or foldable wheelchair. The foldable chair is stored in the trunk, the passenger sits on the passenger seat (front seat makes getting in easier)
• 7-seater Mercedes Vito van : comfortable ceiling height, step for easy entry, space for two foldable wheelchairs of your choice
• TPMR vehicle with ramp : for non-folding electric wheelchairs, on special request (48 hours notice, partnership with specialized company)

Pick-up from CDG or Orly airport

For a PRM traveler:

• Air France Sapphire Service or airport PHMR service to ask your airline 48 hours before the flight — an airport agent will accompany you from the plane to the Arrivals area
• Our driver is waiting in the Arrivals area with a sign with your name, and remains until your arrival even in the event of a delay in assistance
• He assists with luggage and facilitates boarding

Disney hotels accessible to disabled people

All official Disney hotels and most partners offer PMR adapted rooms :

• Disneyland Hotel : PMR rooms with accessible bathroom, access ramp to the hall
• Hotel New York – Art of Marvel : 100% accessible, adapted elevators
• Newport Bay Club : PMR rooms, accessible hall
• Sequoia Lodge : adapted rooms on request
• Hotel Cheyenne, Santa Fe : some PMR rooms (to be requested when booking)
• Davy Crockett Ranch : less recommended in PRM (huts scattered in the forest, uneven terrain)

Accessibility of Disneyland Paris parks

Both parks (Disneyland and Disney Adventure World) are fully wheelchair accessible. Priority access card (Easy Access Card) to be requested upon arrival for:

• Dedicated queues at the majority of attractions
• Shows with reserved spaces
• Manual wheelchair rental at €25 per day at the entrance
• Adapted toilets in all main buildings

Free companion in the taxi?

Yes, the accompanying person does not pay any extra. The taxi fare remains the same (€100 from CDG, €130 from Orly, €110 from Paris) whether you are traveling alone or with a companion.

Service animal (guide dog, assistance dog)

Guide dogs and assistance dogs are accepted unconditionally in our vehicles, in accordance with French law. No extras, no restrictions. Specify when booking to prepare a vehicle without peels or allergens.

Identical prices, without PMR supplement

Our service strictly applies the Zone B regulated rate without any PMR surcharge, unlike some competing services. Pick-up with baggage assistance and accompaniment to the hotel entrance are included.

Communicate your precise situation when booking: type of mobility aid, number of pieces of luggage, presence of a companion, level of autonomy for getting on/off. The more precise the information, the better we adapt the vehicle and prepare your arrival at Disneyland Paris in the best conditions.
