Disneyland Paris group taxi: Mercedes Class V 7 seats

How does the group taxi work?

For groups of 5 to 7 people, we provide a van Mercedes Vito or equivalent, at same price than the classic sedan. No “large format vehicle” surcharge. The van offers comfortable individual seats, air conditioning, storage for 7 suitcases + cabin luggage, and easy access (sliding door).

Same prices for 1 to 7 passengers

The Zone B regulated rate applies per vehicle, not per passenger. Here are the savings:

• CDG → Disneyland (€100) : €100 for 1 person or for 7 people (gain ×7)
• Orly → Disneyland (€130) : €130 for the entire group (vs. Magical Shuttle at €26 × 7 = €182)
• Paris center → Disneyland (€110) : €110 for the group (vs. 7 RER A at €8.45 = €59, but with changes and luggage, etc.)
• Beauvais → Disneyland (€260) : €260 for the group (vs. shuttle €17 × 7 + RER = ~€180 but 4 hours journey)

More than 7 people: multi-vehicle convoy

For groups of 8+ people (school groups, bachelorette parties, company trips, works councils), we organize convoys of 2 or 3 synchronized vehicles. Personalized quote based on number of people, luggage, final destination. More economical than a rental mini-bus, more flexible.

• Extended family 5-6 people : grandparents + parents + 2-3 children. A single van race vs 2 sedans
• Child birthday : 4-6 children + 2 parents = 8 people, 2 vehicles in convoy
• School trip : quote for groups of 15-30 students with accompanying persons, several vans
• EVJF / EVG : group of friends 6-7 people, unique van with fun atmosphere

Child seats for groups

The van can accommodate simultaneously 3 child seats at the rear (3-seater bench seat). For groups with 4+ young children (rare case), we organize a 2-vehicle convoy. All child seats remain offered for free, no matter the number.

Group reservation: our recommendations

1. Book 5 to 7 days in advance minimum (vs 24-48h for 1-2 people)
2. Specify the exact number adults, children, hold baggage, cabin baggage, child seats required
3. Indicate the airport and terminal accurate for flights (T2E, T4 Orly, etc.)
4. Communicate the flight number for automatic delay tracking
5. Choose the meeting point option : Arrivals area, Information counter, or drop-off parking

Group payment: how does it work?

For groups, several options:

• Single payment by one of the participants (with sharing between friends afterwards)
• Bank card at the vehicle's CB terminal
• Species in euros
• Bank transfer on invoice (companies, works councils) with 5 days’ notice
• Purchase order / official invoice for business accounting

💡 Group driver advice

For school or EVJF/EVG groups arriving late in the evening in CDG, plan a central meeting point (e.g. Exit 1B Terminal 2E) to bring everyone together before boarding the van. This prevents the driver from waiting for several people scattered around the airport.
