Are you combining Disneyland Paris and Parc Astérix in your stay? The direct taxi journey takes around 1 hour via the A104 then the N104 and the D922. Taximeter rate of €110. Much more practical than the double RER journey + obligatory shuttle.
Distance and journey Disneyland Paris → Parc Astérix
Parc Astérix is located 62 km north of Disneyland Paris, in Plailly (Oise) near CDG airport. Route: A104 (Francilienne) → A1 → exit 7 (Survilliers/Saint-Witz) → D922A to Plailly. Journey of approximately 1h05 off-peak, 1h25 during rush hour. Approximately 165 € at the taximeter.
Why visit Parc Astérix with a taxi?
Parc Astérix is notoriously difficult to access by public transport:
- No direct station : the closest station is Survilliers-Fosses, then Courriers de l’Île-de-France bus 95.03 (long, infrequent)
- Asterix Shuttle from Paris only (Quai des Tuileries): €25/adult round trip, limited times
- No direct shuttle Disneyland → Parc Astérix: impossible without a personal vehicle
The taxi is therefore the most practical solution to combine Disneyland Paris and Parc Astérix in the same stay. Ideal for families, especially after a day at Disney: the driver is waiting, you return to your hotel without stress.
How much time should you expect at Parc Astérix?
Parc Astérix offers a more condensed experience than Disneyland:
- Express visit (3 top attractions): 5 hours
- Normal visit (all attractions accessible): 7-8 hours
- Full day with shows : 10 a.m. (10 a.m.-8 p.m. in season)
Our day package with waiting for the driver on site is subject to quote (Disneyland departure 9 a.m., return 7 p.m.-8 p.m.).
The main attractions of Parc Astérix
- OzIris : inverted roller coaster, one of the most impressive in Europe
- Thunder 2 Zeus : wooden roller coaster, thrills
- Goudurix : 7 inversions, cult attraction of the park
- Pegasus Express : family roller coaster, accessible from 1m05
- Discobelix : rotating disc at 21 meters, sensations guaranteed
- Toutatis : attraction launched at 110 km/h, open 2023
- Dolphin Show : family attraction-show
Which park to choose: Disneyland or Asterix?
- Disneyland Paris : magic, immersion, attractions for all ages, 2 parks (Disney + Adventure World), shows. Ideal for 0-12 years and nostalgic adults
- Parc Astérix : thrills, Gallic humor, more geared towards pre-teens/teens/adult roller coaster fans. Cheaper price (~€50 compared to €65-110 at Disney)
Many families do both in the same stay: 2 days Disneyland + 1 day Asterix = magical combo for teenagers and children with thrills.

💡 Driver advice
Parc Astérix is closed January-March and certain days of the year (check the official calendar). In high season (July-August, All Saints' Halloween holidays), book your taxi transfer 48 hours in advance — the A1 to the North is saturated in the morning and the return to Disneyland after 6 p.m.
